A leading e-commerce firm in Singapore is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive impactful digital campaigns and manage a team. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in e-commerce, and strong skills in performance marketing, CRM management, and data analysis. This role offers opportunities for growth and the chance to influence customer engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Lead the rollout of monthly digital campaigns – from ideation to execution – across Meta, email, and website platforms. Ensure messaging, visuals, and targeting align with brand direction and conversion goals.
Stakeholder Management: Lead and guide the team towards fulfilment of KPIs and metrics. Work together with agencies on higher level thought analysis and strategies.
Analytics & Optimisation: Perform data analysis using GA4, heatmaps, and web performance tools. Identify drop-off points, surface UX/CRO opportunities, and work with agencies to improve user journeys and site conversion rates.
CRM & Retention Marketing:Leverage customer data (via CDP/CRM platforms) to identify lifecycle gaps, segment behaviours, and proposed automated flow adjustments to drive retention, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value.
Content & Paid Media Strategy: Ensure that campaign visuals, video, and ad formats are planned effectively for each channel. Collaborate with creatives and media planners to deliver impactful campaigns with measurable ROI.
Reporting and Optimisation: Develop performance dashboards and reports on a timely basis. Stay up to date on emerging trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
What we are looking for
Degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communication or a related discipline
Minimum 3 - 5 years in the digital marketing space, preferably e-commerce
Proven experience in performance marketing across paid media channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant digital channels
Positive and vibrantwith a go-getter attitude towards e-commerce
Strong people management skills in leading a team towards KPI and targets
Proficiency in customer lifecycle management – email, push notifications, WhatsApp marketing via the use of a CRM platform
