We are seeking a passionate, hands-on lead and team player – someone who leads by example, raises the standard of execution, and brings structure, good energy and ownership to every project. You’ll be playing a key role in elevating our digital presence, with a strong focus on Social Media and Paid Media, while supporting CRM and Site initiatives.
In this role, you will drive the transformation of our Social Media strategy and content approach across platforms like Instagram, TikTok and more, with the objective to deepen brand connection, growing community engagement and inspiring user-generated content over time.

Key responsibilities:
- Drive and execute the social media vision and digital strategies across key platforms.
- Ideation and execution of content creation aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with creative agencies, marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver engaging, platform-relevant content that inspires and connects emotionally with our audience.
- Build and drive a framework that sets the foundation for user generated content and long-term community growth.
- Work closely with CRM, Site and Paid Media to seamlessly drive integrated digital campaigns that support key brand and product priorities.
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure paid media and performance marketing is aligned with business goals and brand standards.
- Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, using data to drive optimisations.
- Provide strategic and operational support across all digital marketing functions to ensure communications alignment and performance.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly campaign planning, execution and reporting with actionable insights.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects and ad-hoc digital initiatives across digital marketing functions.
- Monitor and analyse digital performance metrics, share data-driven learnings and recommendations for improvement.
- Lead by example and be a great role model.
- Support the team in elevating standards, upholding integrity, taking ownership and consistently showing up with purpose and accountability.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, with proven strengths in social media and creating inspiring content.
- Experience in paid media and performance marketing (Paid Social/SEM/Display/etc).
- Proven track record in growing social media engagement through inspiring content and storytelling.
- Strong understanding of how digital marketing channels work together to drive sales and marketing in an omnichannel environment.
- Experience leading team members and managing cross-functional collaborations.
- Team player, passionate, a high level of personal accountability and follow-through.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude. Highly adaptable, proactive, hands-on and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the fashion or retail industry is a big plus.
