Job summary

P+A Projects Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior BIM Manager to lead and deliver BIM-centric projects, ensuring adherence to Singapore BIM Standards and project requirements. You will oversee multi-disciplinary coordination, develop BIM Execution Plans, and guide teams through IDD, VDC and IPD methods.

You will mentor BIM staff, conduct training on processes, and plan resources to optimize delivery timelines while maintaining quality and compliance across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in BIM or Architecture degree required.
• At least 4 years of BIM management experience.
• Proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.

• Provide guidance to architects on implementing appropriate BIM strategies and technologies.
• Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects, ensuring efficient execution.
