Job summary

A design firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to handle design, development, and documentation. You will participate in discussions, conduct research, manage project planning, and engage with clients. The position offers a gross monthly salary and commissions based on project success, with additional allowances for overtime work.

Job description

Salary Scheme

1. You will receive a gross salary per month.

2. Your salary will be credited into your bank account on the last day of every month for the entire month.

3. In addition to your salary, you will be entitled to a commission of 1% to 2% ($300 to $2000) of the project value, subject to terms and conditions. For each successfully closed deal, you will also be granted one additional day of leave, as approved by the company.

4. You will be rewarded with $100 for each project that receives a positive review from the client, as determined by the company’s evaluation criteria.

Working Hours

1. Usual working hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, excluding Singapore Public Holidays. These hours are subject to change according to client needs. You may also be required to work on Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM.

2. Overtime will be compensated at SGD 15 per hour for work beyond the usual hours of 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Additionally, you will receive a SGD 15 dinner allowance and transport reimbursement (via Grab) for travel back home, provided prior approval for overtime has been granted by your supervisor.

Your primary responsibilities include design, development, and documentation. You will be involved in drafting, designing, and coordinating various aspects of projects. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Participating in design discussions
