Job descriptions:

* Planning of shop drawings submission schedule in line with project schedule.

* Coordinate all related design matters with consultants and clients.

* Ensure all contract designs are well co-ordinated and fulfil all design requirements.

* Support design development of new product concepts.

* Develop design solution to meet client’s requirements.

* Manage external designers, architects, contractors and vendors.

* Coordinate with local and overseas design team.

* Experienced in aluminium and metal works design for both façade and interior projects.

* Prepare fabrication/tagging drawings and material take-off.

Job requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering related discipline

* Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Construction Projects.

* A team player with good communication skills and attention to details.

* Excellent in organizational and project management

* Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, BIM and other Design Software
