A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to manage daily operations at the information counter and oversee a customer service team. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and be committed to providing excellent customer service, including handling feedback and conducting training.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily functions of the information counter, respond to customer inquiries, and support promotions and redemption activities.
Manage customer feedback received in person or via telephone.
Assist in creating staff duty rosters and provide supervision to the customer service team.
Conduct training for new team members on customer service standards, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain an accurate stock count of promotional items.
Submit work orders based on tenant requests for technical support.
Handle the daily processing and settlement of rewards program.
Carry out gift voucher sales and ensure proper reconciliation of daily sales revenue.
Requirements:
Minimum ‘N’/’O’ level
2 years of supervisory experience in frontline customer service
Possess good customer handling skills
Able to commit to shift work including weekends and public holidays
