Role and Responsibilities
Involving in daily inventory / operations and administrative tasks.
Helping to implement operational strategies and improve processes.
Proactively identify potential risks in the operation and address them promptly.
Identify and drive process improvements using lean manufacturing principles.
Lead cross-functional Kaizen events and process redesign workshops to foster collaboration and innovation.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives through data analysis and regular feedback, ensuring continuous refinement.
Conduct root cause analysis on performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Skill and Experience
Min. Diploma
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement
Must be comfortable in performing rotating shifts.
