Assistant Cost Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and evaluate estimates and cost plans

• Prepare standard documentation - reports, valuations, letters, financial reports

• Prepare and evaluate tender documents as required

• Analyze tenders and prepare tender reports at all stages of procurement

• Prepare valuations and cost reports; re-measure as necessary and adjust variations

• Assist in the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims

• Prepare and agree final accounts

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent, better with recognised Degree(s) by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority.

• 1-3 years' experience in cost management as consultant or client representative

• Have experience working in hospitality or office fit-out projects

• Experience in quantity surveying & cost management services for both pre-contract and post contract stages

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Ability to adapt to the fast track project.
