Job description
Job Responsibilities
Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors on repairs, purchases & capital asset disposal of FF&Es.
Raises purchase request for FF&E & table operating supplies.
Coordinates the logistics of purchase orders, inventory transfers, deliveries and tagging.
Receives invoices and confirms receipt of goods and services, inspects shipments of materials, equipment and supplies received to ensure compliance with purchase order specifications.
Coordinates labor requests with vendor and raises requests in Kronos system accordingly.
Checks and ensures accuracy of invoices billed for labor requests.
Engages LEW surveyors for projects and ensures that purchasing orders are issued prior to commencement of services.
Facilitates day-to-day activities, assists with installation and execution of table projects when required.
Assists with inventory management at various storage locations and updates inventory for accurate tracking.
Performs any adhoc task as assigned.
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management, Business Management or any related field preferred.
Experience
Preferably 1 year of working experience in warehouse management/ logistic coordination.
Hands-on experience with carpentry works will be an advantage.
Other Prerequisites
Possess strong interpersonal skills.
Able to write and communicate well.
Able to safely use electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers, etc.).
