Job description

Position: Assistant Contracts Manager

Salary: $6,500 - $7,800

Working Hour: Mon-Fri | 8.30am-5.30pm

Location: Kaki Bukit (Walking distance from MRT)

Job Description:

  • Assist Contracts Manager to lead and manage a team of QS
  • Oversee Main/Sub-contract administration
  • Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts
  • Monitor Sub-contract payment, Variation Order Pursuant, Engineer Direction defense
  • Project and Sub-Contract Final Account
  • Claims for additional payment and EOT
  • Safeguard company contractual rights
  • In charge of tender submission

Requirements:-

  • Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Relevant experience in preparing Tenders for Building, Civil & Infrastructure, and interior design works across infrastructure, industrial, residential, and commercial projects.
  • Familiarity with Contracts, Law, and local legal requirements, with strong contractual and pricing knowledge.
  • Professional qualifications from recognized Quantity Surveying bodies (e.g., SISV, RICS, MRICS) are preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Possess good analytical skills and able to work in a dynamic & fast pace environment to meet critical deadline.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and able to handle stress.
