  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of pre and post contract management and duties.
  • Maintain close liaison with the Head of Department.
  • Prepare and delivery weekly and monthly reporting of cost, reconciliations and accruals.
  • Manage procurement processes through outsourcing, analyse tender submissions and recommend preferred bidders to management.
  • Conduct contract reviews and negotiate terms both upstream and downstream.
  • Administer all notices relative to time bars.
  • Adhere to group’s Contract Management plan and protocols.
  • Represent the Company professionally in the face of clients on all contractual matters, insurance, EOT, Variations, claims, account submissions; taking to a mutually satisfactory conclusion.
  • Managing sub-subcontractors effectively and fairly.
  • Possess knowledge about local and international standard form of contracts.
  • The role dictates that a candidate who is autonomous and skilled in contract management and quantity surveying, capable of disseminating information fluently and concisely.
