The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in the civil industry and a degree in QS, Civil Engineering, or Building. Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of working experience in the civil industry.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, and other documentation.
  • Assess progress payments to subcontractors/suppliers.
  • Prepare progress claims and variation orders for the client.
  • Settle final accounts with clients and subcontractors/suppliers.
