Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budget, and other documentation.
- Assess progress payments to subcontractors/suppliers.
- Prepare progress claims and variation orders for the client.
- Settle final accounts with clients and subcontractors/suppliers.
