We are seeking an experienced Contract and Tender Manager to oversee the tendering process, contract management, and compliance for electrical projects. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical contracting, tendering processes, and contract management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tender Management: Develop, coordinate, and submit tenders for electrical projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
2. Contract Management: Manage electrical contracts, including contract review, negotiation, and administration.
3. Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and regulatory requirements.
4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with electrical contracts and tenders.
5. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Contract Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation, including records of contract changes, variations, and claims.
7. Tender Analysis: Analyze tender documents, identifying opportunities, risks, and potential issues.

Requirements:

1. Electrical Industry Experience: Proven experience in contract management and tendering in the electrical industry.
2. Contract Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract management principles, including contract law and regulatory requirements.
3. Tendering Experience: Experience in managing tenders, including tender development, submission, and negotiation.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field: Relevant degree or diploma in electrical engineering or related field.
2. Contract Management Certification: Certification in contract management, such as CIDB or equivalent, is an advantage.
3. Industry Certifications: Relevant industry certifications, such as ISO 9001 or equivalent, are desirable.
