Job description

Assistant Contract Manager (Operations, healthcare) #HHLT

Salary: up to $5500
Location: Outram Park
Working hours:
- Mon-Fri: 8am to 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturday: 8am to 12pm

Responsibilities:
  • Provide contract, operation, and service management, and participate in developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators for services.
  • Meet contractual manpower needs and standards; ensure proper induction programs are in place.
  • Manage employees effectively and ensure compliance.
  • Drive employee and customer engagement processes and improvements.
  • Ensure all statutory compliance requirements are met.
  • Develop systems and programs to improve quality, optimize the utilization of equipment and materials, and enhance labor productivity.
