Assistant Contract Manager (LTA / Construction/ Central)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors in managing contracts, subcontracts, and agreements.

• Plan and execute procurement activities—vendor selection, RFQ/RFP processes, tenders, bid evaluations, and internal approvals.

• Handle main contract claims, subcontractor payments, and variation orders.

• Prepare and monitor project cash flow and cost reports.

• Oversee project budgets and timelines, including commercial and rate negotiations.

• Provide advice on contract matters and support dispute resolution.

• Work closely with the project team to deliver cost, financial, and contractual support across all project stages.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

• Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Contract Manager in civil/infrastructure projects.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with PSSCOC is a plus.

• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.

• Able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
