Job description

At TFLO, we know that successful project delivery begins with a strong contract. That’s why the Contract Manager plays a critical role right from project inception — ensuring that every agreement is clear, fair, and aligned with delivery realities.

We’ve built a structured enterprise approach where Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Site Teams operate as one integrated unit. The Contract Manager anchors this structure by working closely with our Sales and Admin Manager to establish solid commercial and legal frameworks that support both execution and compliance.

This role is for individuals who understand that great delivery starts with great setup — and who take pride in safeguarding the terms under which we operate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and review of client contracts to ensure clear scope, deliverables, and risk allocation
  • Draft, negotiate, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements aligned with project goals
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and QS to ensure contracts reflect real project conditions and resource planning
  • Track variations, claims, and correspondence in line with contract provisions
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Admin Manager on invoicing terms, compliance submissions, and insurance documentation
  • Maintain a clear audit trail of all contract-related decisions, documentation, and approvals
  • Support the digitalisation of contract workflows and documentation systems
  • Participate in project kick-off and close-out processes with a focus on contractual accountability
What We Are Looking For
  • Strong understanding of construction contract terms, risk allocation, and commercial strategy
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to documentation discipline
  • Collaborative mindset — able to bridge the needs of operations, sales, and compliance
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft-centric environment)
  • Diploma or degree in Building, Construction, QS, Contract Management, or Business Administration
  • Prior experience in contract administration or commercial roles in construction is preferred
  • Mid-career individuals seeking a strategic, backend-facing role are welcome
Why Join TFLO
  • Be at the front line of setting projects up for success — where contract clarity leads to delivery certainty
  • Operate as part of a cross-functional backend team that supports high-performance project execution
  • Work in tandem with our Sales and Admin Manager to close commercial and compliance loops
  • Be part of a company that believes in clarity, accountability, and structured delivery
  • Backed by four decades of trusted project execution via our founding partner, Teck Hien Engineering
  • Grow in a role that blends legal, commercial, and operational thinking
