Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager based in Singapore to assist in planning, organizing and supervising on-site construction activities. You will prepare daily progress on-site, identify issues and discuss with project consultants, architects, subcontractors and management.

You will help manage project costs and prepare monthly or ad-hoc reports, and assist with other construction related matters.

Responsibilities

To assist in planning, organising and supervising in execution of building construction work on site.
To prepare and monitor progress of work on site on a daily basis.
To identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and discuss with project consultant, architect, subcontractors and management team.
To manage project cost and preparation of monthly or ad hoc project reports.
To assist in other construction related matters.
