Job description

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Able to manage day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth project execution.
  2. Able to monitor the progress and ensure quality of work being performed by workers and subcontractors.
  3. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, sub-contractors, and supplier to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  4. Coordination and supervision of the structural technical aspects and architectural technical aspects of building works.
  5. Monitor project progress and prepare regular site reports.
  6. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations on-site.
  7. Able to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and prepare method statements.
  8. Track construction schedules and assist in resolving site issues promptly.
  9. Participate in site meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
  10. Assist in quality inspections and ensure work adheres to project requirements.
  11. Maintain documentation for inspections, work progress, and site records.
  12. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  13. Complete task as assigned by Director or Project Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  1. Should possess at least 10 years in construction management experience. Experience in landed houses' construction is preferred.
  2. Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in construction related field. Other relevant education, training and swork experience may substitute for Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
  3. Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving.
