Job description

To ensure the efficient and smooth operation of all matters relating to maintenance and management of the Condominium.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support and assist in the general administration of all building trades and site staff, including rostering of duties, discipline, performance standards, and staff welfare.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facades, etc.
  • Create and maintain good rapport with residents and council members, and respond to feedback via various platforms such as messenger, email, or other digital means.
  • Review the overall operation of the management office and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Attend to all emergency situations promptly.
  • Ensure the development is free from fire hazards, and fire escapes, fire doors, and access routes are functioning properly and unobstructed.
  • Submit recommendations regarding residents’ renovation permits where appropriate.
  • Prepare for and conduct Sub-Committee meetings, including preparing minutes; assist in Council and General Meetings by providing initial drafts of minutes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Degree or Diploma in a property-related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar residential property management role.
  • Strong attention to detail with a responsive and proactive attitude.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and to lead a team.
  • Willing to commit to a 5.5-day work week.
