Internal Communications & Engagement, Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Administration

Who you’ll be working with everyday
You will be part of the Communications and People Development team - the storytellers, builders, and catalysts behind the real estate unit. Our diverse squad, spanning communications experts, event architects, and people development specialists, is united by a single mission: to connect, inspire, and empower our people in the Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Administration team.

Here’s what the scope looks like
Work with the Communications lead in Corporate Real Estate (CRESA) to establish an internal communications and engagement strategy

Develop and implement internal communications campaigns/stories to promote greater understanding of CRESA’s initiatives to the bank, through:

Working with various CRESA’s teams to carve and plan stories and communication campaigns from the teams’ initiatives. This includes supporting Singapore teams as well as teams across the region

Working with internal partners like Group Marketing & Communications, HR, Transformation communications teams etc. to link up possible stories and platforms, both internally and externally

Planning, editing, writing and producing compelling content to draw colleagues to communication platforms, while curating and managing the various communication outlets, including a staff intranet site, email platform,

Working with vendors – designers, video production company, to implement the campaigns where necessary

Proactive use of workable and interactive communication tools and channels to reach employees

Recording and analysing campaign and channel metrics to improve message and channel reach

Pitch and prepare award submissions for any identified campaigns or initiatives

Profile CRESA’s spokesperson(s) in external forums, including coordination and preparation of all branding and communication deck and materials

Working closely with our Group Marketing & Communications, be involved in end-to-end planning and execution in any media opening of new spaces

Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and align to the client’s strategic objectives

Be involved in organizing employee engagement and activation programmes to foster a shared sense of identity, especially in the hybrid working environment

Lead or support in client campaigns which has an impact for the workplace

And the skills we are looking for
You have a minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications

You are an independent self-starter with ability to work across various stakeholders

You are a holistic thinker and consider multiple angles and perspectives when communicating, and can develop content in varied mediums – videos, print, social etc with strong communication, presentation and writing skills

You possess an inquisitive and creative mind

You have excellent inter-personal and stakeholder management skills

You are a good storyteller, and are able to convey ideas/concept in a way that anyone to understand and buy-in

You are passionate about making things simpler and making an impact!

We'd be thrilled if you
Have experience in internal communications

Have a background in communicating in a retail/cluttered environment
