What this job involves: As a Commercial Manager for our Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract, you will oversee and optimize commercial aspects, drive value for both JLL and the client, and ensure contractual compliance while fostering innovation and excellence in service delivery.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Manage and optimize the IFM contract, ensuring compliance with obligations and SLAs
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving initiatives
  • Establish and track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and develop improvement strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the IFM contract
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and efficiency
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the IFM team, fostering a culture of excellence

Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:

  • Strong understanding of IFM contracts and service delivery models
  • Excellent financial analysis and budgeting skills
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and client relations
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with financial management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • IFMA or other relevant professional certifications

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in facilities management or related industries
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive performance in a complex, client-focused environment
