About the Role:

This role supports the Head of Commercial Development Southeast Asia by driving commercial growth within the region. Key focus areas include annual sales operations planning, sales performance reporting, monitoring, root cause analysis, trade spend management, and enhancing ROI. The role involves market and channel insights reporting, distributor management system (DMS) enhancement, and proactive course correction.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with the sales and supply chain teams to review weekly forecasts for responsible markets.
  2. Identify risks early and manage contingency plans to meet operational targets.
  3. Collaborate on forecast accuracy and bias trends to improve the rolling 14-month forecast through local S&OP processes.
  4. Assist in strategic business planning, budgeting, and adjustments with relevant insights and analysis.
  5. Track and report sales performance metrics such as distribution, visibility, GSV, TS, and others.
  6. Monitor execution plans, including campaign analysis with insights and recommendations.
  7. Participate in monthly meetings, initiatives, and follow-up actions.
  8. Analyze market and competitor data, develop reports, and propose actions to improve Ferrero's positioning.
  9. Ensure compliance with promotional guidelines and manage trade spend accruals and payments.
  10. Report on SEA Trade Spend monthly, ensuring alignment with budgets through collaboration with Finance.
  11. Ensure trade spend investments are effective, maintaining positive break-even analysis and year-over-year improvements.
  12. Design and implement ROI frameworks, perform analyses, and collaborate with sales managers for ROI improvements.
  13. Adhere to sales processes, procedures, and tools.
  14. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency, transparency, and accountability.
  15. Drive the rollout of sales systems and tools, including DMS and reporting platforms.
  16. Develop and deploy Distributor Management System enhancements for optimal partner monitoring.
Who we are looking for:
  • University degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Relevant experience with strong market knowledge, especially in FMCG, traditional and modern trade, impulse channels, and channel planning; a background in commercial finance is a plus.
  • Good analytical, data interpretation, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to contribute individually and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, responsible, dynamic, agile, and resilient.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with high result orientation, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
