Job Scope:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to acquire new members and retain existing.
- Leading a team of sales professionals and providing coaching and mentorship to help them reach their targets
- Building strong relationships/rapport with potential and current customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions to drive sales
- Ensuring you meets and exceeds compaines monthly and quarterly sales targets
Administrative Support:
- Managing accounts related to debtors, cancellations, and freezes.
- Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies.
- Member service and support management
- Support the finance team with invoice processing and petty cash handling.
- Attending to scheduled tour appointments with new members
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the fitness or retail industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address sales challenges
- Passion for health, fitness and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
