About the role

Factory Made Gym Pte Ltd (FMG) is seeking an entry level Assistant Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art gym in the Ang Mo Kio, North-East Region. You will also be given the opportunity to be deployed to all 9 Anytime Fitness clubs owned by the company . In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless running of the club, including managing the daily administrative duties of membership accounts, membership sales and driving member satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the fitness club, including membership sales, administration of membership accounts, member engagements and vendor liaison

  2. Work with the club team to develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and grow our member base

  3. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

  4. Manage the club's daily sales reporting

  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the club's offerings and events

  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience working in the fitness and recreation industry

  2. Experience in customer service, especially membership engagements

  3. Excellent people management and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

  4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with members, staff, and stakeholders

  5. Excellent writing skills for written communications, for example emails and proposals

  6. Administrative strength in using Google documents

  7. Passion for health and fitness
