The Role

The Assistant Club Manager supports the Club Manager in running all aspects of the club, ensuring smooth operations, excellent member experiences, and a motivated, high-performing team. This role is perfect for someone ready to step into a leadership position, grow with the club, and make a real impact on both the community and the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations
  • Support daily operations, including opening/closing routines, staff schedules, inventory, and facility maintenance.
  • Ensure completion of all operational checklists across recovery, café, and service areas.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and escalate issues to the Club Manager as needed.
  • Help maintain health & safety standards, financial procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • People, Culture & Performance
  • Assist in leading team huddles and fostering accountability.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and deliver high performance.
  • Help cultivate a positive, energetic, and team-focused club culture aligned with Ice Faction values.
  • Member Experience
  • Be an approachable, visible presence on the floor, delivering exceptional member experiences.
  • Support community-building initiatives, events, and activations to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Handle member concerns efficiently, escalating only when necessary.

  • Support revenue growth initiatives in memberships, café, and retail.
  • Help manage budgets, control costs, and optimize club performance.
  • Assist in marketing and partnership efforts to increase club visibility and growth.
