Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in Daily Routine: Support lead teachers in managing daily activities, ensuring children's needs are met, guiding them during play, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
• Prepare Lesson Materials: Assist main class teachers in organizing and setting up materials for lessons, activities, and school events.
• Take on Cleaning Duties: In the absence of the cleaner, perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for the children.
• Implement Extended Lessons: Assist in executing lesson plans, including extended activities and projects that promote learning and development.
• Collaborate with Teachers: Work closely with lead teachers to follow instructions and ensure smooth implementation of classroom routines, lessons, and activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in childcare or preschool settings preferred.
• A passionate and caring attitude toward children.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to assist with basic classroom management and other daily tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a patient, positive approach to teaching.
• Flexibility and readiness to take on various tasks as needed.

• Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
