Job Summary:

The Assistant COO will play a key role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer in overseeing the company's operational activities, driving efficiency, and ensuring strategic execution. This role requires a strong leader with experience in operations management, supply chain optimization, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the COO in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Oversee and optimize supply chain, logistics, and inventory management to ensure timely product delivery and minimize costs.
  • Manage corporate functions, including HR, IT, and administration, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to enhance workflow processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Support the COO in budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and implement new technologies or processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
