Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of part-time Islamic education programmes
  • Plan and coordinate academic calendars, class allocations, and special events
  • Ensure adherence to MUIS and mosque guidelines, as well as established SOPs
  • Lead and mentor teachers and staff in their professional development
  • Drive outreach efforts, oversee student recruitment, and foster engagement with families and the broader community
  • Handle budgeting, fee collection, grant applications, and procurement of supplies.
  • Maintain accurate and secure student and staff records.
  • Foster partnerships with stakeholders and other educational institutions.
  • Respond to complaints and incidents in accordance with standard procedures.
  • Facilitate staff induction and provide continuous guidance and support for teachers and staff
Minimum Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Islamic Studies, Education, Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in programme management or a related role, preferably in Islamic education.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when required.
  • Passion for Islamic education and community development.
