FSK Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks an Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing & Commercial Planning to drive growth across Retail, Food Service and E-commerce through trade marketing, category development and commercial analysis.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and external partners to translate market and customer insights into promotional programmes, category strategies and opportunities for commercial growth, with emphasis on omni-channel execution.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in marketing, business, retail management or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in data analysis and commercial intelligence.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute trade marketing activities across Retail, Food Service and E-commerce.
• Develop promotional plans, customer presentations and POSM with Sales teams.
• Coordinate with brand principals, agencies and partners to ensure timely execution.
• Support trade exhibitions, events and industry activities.
• Maintain marketing calendars for coordinated channel execution.
• Oversee social media activities and performance monitoring.
• Conduct market visits and identify opportunities for assortment, pricing and promotions.
• Analyse category performance and provide recommendations to improve sales and market share.
• Develop business cases for new product launches and growth opportunities.
• Provide commercial insights to Sales and Management.
