DESIGNATION : Assistant Campaign Success Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Purpose of this role
- Ensure the smooth and timely delivery of all campaigns
- Direct and manage project stakeholders from the Commercial group - Creative Lab including Brand Studios, Events, Ad ops, Social Hub, Content Group, News and Current Affairs group, Digital Group, Talent Hub (TCA/Bloomrs), Legal, Finance amongst others to drive the timely and smooth delivery of the campaigns
- Troubleshoot the solution delivery process to ensure best client satisfaction
- Provide clients with a single point of contact for post-sales campaign execution and conflict resolution
Responsibilities:
- Smooth project delivery
- Take over from Pre-Sales team once the contract is signed off and develop an understanding of key stakeholder units and the process to manage campaign deliveries successfully
- Ensure dynamic process troubleshooting to flag and remove any internal/external obstacles
- Keep all stakeholders informed of progress and developments in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain client satisfaction
- Ensure high client satisfaction with process flow, communication, issue resolution, and quality of deliverables
- Keep client stakeholders updated on campaign progress and developments
- Ensure content execution, ad bookings, and billing are in order
- Collaborate with production units (Creative Lab, CG, NCA, etc.) to produce content, book ads, and ensure billing and payments are processed correctly. Keep P&L in check and close the job upon completion.
- Organize post-campaign reports and presentations for transmedia projects, working with Pre-Sales and Data Insights teams to prepare these reports before presenting to clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Media
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in project management
- Relevant experience in a media-related industry is preferred
- Proven ability to lead and execute project management, managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment to meet business objectives
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a proven track record of working across teams such as sales, commercial planning, entertainment/news platforms, Finance, and Legal
