Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Purchasing Assistant. The role involves procurement duties, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining stock levels. Ideal candidates should have at least an O-Level qualification and experience in procurement is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Navision software is advantageous. This position offers a competitive salary range of SGD 2,200 – 2,600.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in procurement or purchasing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Navision will be an added advantage.

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the most competitive pricing.
  • Ensure the quality of purchased goods meets company standards.
  • Maintain and update suppliers’ database in Navision, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Liaise with suppliers to build strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Support the purchasing team in other related duties as assigned.

Working Days: Mon to Thurs 8.30 am – 6.30 pm, Fri 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Salary: $2,200 – $2,600
