Job description

Sales & Business Development (IFM and CG)

  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) sector, Career Guidance (CG) and WSQ Course Acquisition.

  • Identify potential leads, prepare sales pitches, and convert opportunities into revenue.

  • Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships.

  • Driving opportunities targeted sectors for training and development.

  • Meet monthly and quarterly targets

Tendering & Proposal Submission (IFM)

  • Manage the end-to-end tender process, including documentation, pricing strategy, and proposal writing.

  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.

  • Track and analyze tender results to refine bidding strategies.

Recruitment &Talent Acquisition

  • Lead hiring efforts for IFM roles to support business expansion and operational excellence.

  • Build a proactive pipeline of candidates for critical roles.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and streamline recruitment processes.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Business Management or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in recruitment or integrated facilities management.

  • Experience in tendering and proposal submission is advantageous

  • Results-driven with a hunter mindset for new business.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.

  • Passionate about workforce development and upskilling initiatives.
