Sales & Business Development (IFM and CG)
Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients in the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) sector, Career Guidance (CG) and WSQ Course Acquisition.
Identify potential leads, prepare sales pitches, and convert opportunities into revenue.
Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships.
Driving opportunities targeted sectors for training and development.
Meet monthly and quarterly targets
Tendering & Proposal Submission (IFM)
Manage the end-to-end tender process, including documentation, pricing strategy, and proposal writing.
Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
Track and analyze tender results to refine bidding strategies.
Recruitment &Talent Acquisition
Lead hiring efforts for IFM roles to support business expansion and operational excellence.
Build a proactive pipeline of candidates for critical roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and streamline recruitment processes.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Degree in Business Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in recruitment or integrated facilities management.
Experience in tendering and proposal submission is advantageous
Results-driven with a hunter mindset for new business.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Passionate about workforce development and upskilling initiatives.
