Job description

Support the Business Development Manager in identifying and creating new business opportunities. Assist in market research, strategy development, lead generation, relationship building, and proposal development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential clients through various channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry influences.
  • Meeting quarterly sales target or forecast
  • Monitor and report on business development activities and results.
  • Preparation and presentation of drawings, specification, demonstrating and samples to client
  • Prepare project list on weekly basis, maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize business development efforts.
  • Any office task assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales.
  • At least 3 years of B2B Sales experience in Furniture or Office Interior or Construction industries
  • Keen interest in Interior/Furniture Design
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Own transport is a plus
