Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high performing sales team to meet financial objectives by executing strategic plans through distributors network
- Set defined performance expectations and provide regular feedback
- Develop and execute export trade strategies to support and drive revenue growth across assigned markets
- Expand customer and product reach by building strong distributor and stakeholder relationships
- Set clear performance targets (KPIs), implement tracking systems to ensure consistent achievement
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, promotion effectiveness and competitor activity to inform decision-making and refine strategies
- Present actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth
Job Requirements:
- Business degree required
- Minimum 5 years in regional sales, business development within FMCG environment
- Proven track record in international sales and managing distributors
- Strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills
- Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking distributors and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop strategic plans
