Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a high performing sales team to meet financial objectives by executing strategic plans through distributors network

  • Set defined performance expectations and provide regular feedback

  • Develop and execute export trade strategies to support and drive revenue growth across assigned markets

  • Expand customer and product reach by building strong distributor and stakeholder relationships

  • Set clear performance targets (KPIs), implement tracking systems to ensure consistent achievement

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, promotion effectiveness and competitor activity to inform decision-making and refine strategies

  • Present actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth

Job Requirements:

  • Business degree required

  • Minimum 5 years in regional sales, business development within FMCG environment

  • Proven track record in international sales and managing distributors

  • Strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills

  • Fluency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking distributors and stakeholders
