Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations based on research to improve brand positioning.
  • Manage the development and implementation of brand strategies for SEA markets, in particular Singapore and Malaysia. Ensuring alignment with the global brand vision while catering to local market needs.
  • Collaborate in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event activations.
  • Ensure consistency in all brand messaging across various channels, including social media, website, retail, and advertising. Help develop content that embodies the luxury image of the brand.
  • Work closely with the retail and sales teams to provide them with the necessary brand knowledge and tools to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Coordinate with external partners, media agencies, and influencers for brand collaborations and marketing initiatives.
  • In-charge of tracking and reporting the performance of marketing activities, including sales, engagement metrics, and ROI. Help adjust strategies based on results.
  • Support the planning and execution of exclusive brand events, VIP client experiences, and other promotional activities that enhance the brand’s luxury status in SEA markets, in particular Singapore and Malaysia.

Requirements

  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, fashion, or luxury brands. Experience in jewelry or luxury goods is a plus.
  • Clear, effective communication both internally and externally.
  • Ability to think creatively and support innovative ideas in a competitive luxury market.
  • Organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
