ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

COTY is seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced individual to join COTY's regional Travel Retail Asia Pacific team. As the Marketing Support Function in the team, you will work closely with the Travel Retail WW Global and Global Marketing teams, and more importantly, the cross functional teams (such as commercial, merchandising and demand planning) within Travel Retail Asia Pacific business unit.

Mission

  • Support Travel Retail Asia Pacific in liaison with Travel Retail WW and Global Marketing in efforts to achieve both brands and business goals
  • Plans and executes the marketing plans, manage program development, overseas planning and forecasting; and analyzing cosmetic business in the market to seize and drive business opportunities with recommendations that can be tailored to Asian consumers.

THE ROLE

  • Work as part of a team to serve as liaison between business support functions, providing them with knowledge of products and/or of the customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding for the portfolio of brands responsible for including sales objectives and marketing programs
  • Develop and provide guidelines for the yearly trade plans aligned with marketing and sales goals; and adjust brand strategies driven by the Travel Retail channel as well as key consumers in the Regions
  • Plan introduction of new product initiatives from launch plan to pricing, assortment, forecast and social & digital strategies
  • Communicate marketing plans to key stakeholders through creative marketing and sales presentation
  • Provide TRWW and Global Marketing with launch performance report and actionable conclusions
  • Provide TRWW and Global Marketing with recommendations on required support tools, promotional activities and product development opportunities specific to Asia Pacific needs
  • Optimize portfolio/brand productivity in collaboration with demand planners through annual assortment review and SKUs rationalization exercise in an effort to reduce E&O.
  • Participate in monthly business report and any ad-hoc business reporting needs
  • Ability to work with a variety of people from various business and cultural background; Develop excellent communication process with all areas of business and stakeholders
  • Ability to work and co-ordinate projects in a flexible and fast-changing environment

We’d love to see candidates who have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and/or Marketing

(or a related/equivalent discipline)

  • A Minimum of 3-6 years’ of Marketing experience in Beauty
  • Previous experience in Travel Retail is a plus
  • Passion for fragrances
  • Excellent presentation, communication and administrative skills
