JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant BIM Manager for a City Hall–area posting in Singapore.

The role centers on BIM management, BEP setup, and coordinating with clients and consultants to resolve clashes. You will establish and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE), prepare AIM templates for handover stages, and support tender proposals with BIM floor plans and tender scope responses. Working hours are Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall BIM management and set up project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Attend BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants; present clash resolution reports.
• Establish and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) for documentation control.
• Prepare Asset Information Model (AIM) templates for facility management handover stages.
• Support tender proposals by developing overall BIM floor plans, sections, and tender scope responses.
