A leading architectural firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant BIM Manager (Architectural) to support the development and implementation of BIM. Responsibilities include maintaining project standards, managing BIM projects, and supervising BIM documentation processes. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and relevant BIM certifications, with strong skills in design and construction.

General Role
1. Support the company BIM Managers in overall development and implementation of BIM
2. Assist on project BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement
3. Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards
4. Provide support for electronic file submission and Singapore BIM authoring submission Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced.
5. Supervise, develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standards
6. Train and oversee the day-to-day activities of Revit specialists to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of Architectural BIM model
7. Provide technical orientation to new staff who join the project teams
3. Maintain high level of competency of software through continued use and training
Project Interface
1. Prepare BIM execution plan for projects and ensure on-going compliance and improvement
2. Oversee and manage BIM Projects Manage processes, implementation, best practices and techniques of BIM Monitor progress of design to ensure it is according to planned schedule
3. Assist BIM leads, to ensure BIM delivery satisfies the Tender BIM requirements
4. To chair BIM coordination meetings to oversee design coordination issues and be responsible for generating clash detection reports in different stages
5. Oversee BIM authoring requirements and to ensure good quality BIM submission
Qualifications
1. Bachelor Degree in Architecture
2. Autodesk Revit Certified Professional
3. BCA Academy BIM Management Certificate
Skills
1. Technical knowledge of design and construction skills to create workflows and BIM models effectively.
2. Identify, analyse and solve issues with BIM models quickly and efficiently.
3. Able to automate tasks with scripting tools, e.g. Dynamo scripts, Python, etc.
