Job Description & Requirements: At Biga Bakery we focus on tradition. We are specialized in pizza, focaccia and flat breads. We are a B2B Company focused on high quality products for the mass. We are looking for a junior baker (no experience required) that can quickly join our team in the daily production, planning, and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Take charge of daily preparation and production of Pizza, Focaccia, Bread, etc by following standards SOPs.
  • Packing and stock’s management of final products.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment daily at the end of the day.
  • Ensure that all food items are prepared in accordance with SFA/NEA guidelines.
Qualifications
  • No previous bakery experience required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and process driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate in spoken and written English.
  • Able to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg).
  • Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
Work Arrangement
  • Working hours: 8am - 4pm, with 1 hour break.
  • Working days: 5 days per week (Mon to Fri).
  • Not required to work on Public holidays.
