Assistant Associate, Trust Administration

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Assistant Associate, Trust Administration, reporting to the Head of Trust Operations, Private Clients Asia. This is a Short-term and Temporary position based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up new trust files
  • Assist in the preparation of VBC deck
  • Assist in the preparation of client kit
  • Handle all ad hoc administrative tasks as may be required by the Client Acceptance Team and Trust Administration Team

Key Requirements:

  • University graduate/Undergraduate studying Business or Finance
  • Detail-oriented, able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
