Oversee and manage the performance delivery of facility management service at respective zones.
Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Building Managers, Technical Executives, Quantity Surveyors, and Project Managers to ensure day-to-day operations at assigned buildings.
Identify and troubleshoot problems and provide professional advice to the team.
Develop standard operating procedures and internal workflows to maintain smooth operation at sites.
Manage relations with clients and authorities, serving as the liaison point of contact.
Oversee area budgeting and expenses.
Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Possess an approved tertiary or equivalent qualification with at least 8 years of relevant post-graduate experience in Projects & Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
