JOB DESCRIPTION (RESPONSIBILITIES)

• Involvement in concept design, design development, preparation of drawings, and 3D modeling.
• Able to undertake assigned projects and to co-ordinate all design and detailing matters.
• Preparation of tender package and execute tender procurement.
• Works with Clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• On-site construction supervision on design & technical coordination issues and contract administration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A Master‘s Degree in Architecture recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture recognised by the Singapore Board of Architects.
• 1 to 2 years of practical experience in local projects, Fresh graduates can be considered.
• Skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshops, Sketch Up, and BIM Revit.
• Basic required skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Good interpersonal and communication (verbal/written) skills.
• Committed, resourceful, and able to self-motivate with good time management skills.
