Job description

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Support senior engineers in diagnosing system issues and performing troubleshooting.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
• Handle refrigerant recovery, system testing, and commissioning works.
• Prepare basic service reports and update maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental standards.
• Assist in managing tools, spare parts, and equipment inventory.
• Respond to client service calls and provide on-site support under supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical / Air-conditioning & Refrigeration or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Basic understanding of refrigeration systems.
• Willing to learn, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Able to work independently and in a team, sometimes under tight deadlines.
