Job description

  • Position: Assistant Admin cum Accounts Manager
  • Location: Tuas
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm)
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,000 + AWS + Meal Allowance + Transport allowance + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent
  • Industry: Compact Equipment

Main Responsibilities:
  • Set-up new office: facility, furniture, registration
  • Perform general office administration, including filing, scheduling and correspondence
  • Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workplace
  • Assist in facility management (office maintenance & renovation)
  • Coordinate/Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
  • Assist in HR-related admin tasks including company compliance
  • Manage daily bookkeeping and financial transactions.
  • Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expenses claims
  • Maintain general ledger entries and reconcile bank statements
  • Maintain record and filing
  • Prepare and assist in financial closing, finance reporting, audit reporting and tax reporting
  • Assist in GST submission and tax filings (if applicable)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in admin and accounting roles
  • Excellent MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail oriented with good organizational and multitasking skills
