Job summary

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced actuarial professional to perform sensitivity analyses on reserves and solvency, participate in MAS stress testing and ORSA reporting, and handle PPF reporting obligations.

You will collaborate with the modelling team, maintain rigorous documentation, streamline processes, and support audits and board materials. The role requires 4–6 years in actuarial work, a degree in actuarial science, and strong Excel/Prophet/DCS

• Responsible for performing sensitivity analysis on reserves and solvency.
• Responsible for performing MAS Stress test and ORSA reporting.
• Responsible for performing the protected liabilities required for Policyholders Protection Fund (PPF) reporting.
• Work closely with modelling team on enhancements and implementation.
• Maintain proper documentation and controls in areas of responsibility.
• Review existing work processes and identify opportunities to streamline, enhance, automate, or eliminate redundant activities to improve efficiency, control effectiveness, and overall productivity.
• Assist in audit request, ad-hoc actuarial investigations and corporate initiatives from time to time.
• Assist in preparing materials for the various Committees and Board meetings.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree certification in Actuarial Science or any related field.
• Minimum 4 - 6 years of working experience in actuarial field.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken
• Able to work independently, self-motived and out-come oriented
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT, Access)
