We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts Manager to support our finance operations in the construction industry. The role involves managing project-related accounting and assisting in financial reporting using ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing processes
• Monitor project costing, progress claims, and payment certifications
• Ensure accurate data entry and reporting through ERP software
• Coordinate with project teams on budget tracking and cost control
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction
• Proficient in using ERP software
• Knowledge of project-based accounting and WIP tracking
