Job description

Responsibilities:

・Full set of accounts, GL, preparing monthly financial statement, P/L, credit management & reporting.

・Monthly accounts closing including maintaining the integrity of the accounting system (perform postings, revaluations, troubleshooting, comparison of purchase invoice, preparation of payment salary to employee through internet, other journal entries for monthly closing, estimation of commission for intercompany, counter check monthly COGS report)

・Handle GST returns, tax compliance matters and prepare monthly cash forecast.

・Year end closing (FY account closing, annual final auditing)

・Liaise with external auditors for half-year review and year-end audits including preparation of schedules.

・Handling all bank matters, liaising and work with bank relationship.

・Maintain Deposit List, Accrual List,

・Reimbursement to/from HQ preparation

・Preparation of Credit Note (If needed)

・Internal control (maintenance accounting regulation, internal auditing, credit limit process management, physical checking of fixed assets)

Requirements:

・ ACCA or bachelor’s degree in Accountancy with 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent

・ Proficient in ERP system and Microsoft Office

・ Able to start immediately
