A financial services firm located in Singapore is seeking a candidate for managing company accounts and compliance support. Responsibilities include maintaining full accounts, filing taxes, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or degree in Accountancy, be highly organized, and have good command of English. Experience in reputable accounting software and the ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred. This role is suited for both fresh graduates and those with minimal experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Management of Company Accounts
Maintain full set of accounts and prepare the accounts for annual audit,
Administer and file Corporate Tax and GST,
Administer payroll,
Manage and maintain company budget forecast.
2. Compliance Support
Prepare and submit regular and ad hoc compliance statements and reports,
Support management for compliance audit.
3. Operation Support
Compile and evaluate investment data for our investment team.

Quantitative Requirements:
Working experience:We can consider nil or little working experience,
Min. Education Level:Diploma or University degree in Accountancy,
Software Skills:Experienced in using reputable accounting software, above-average skills in Microsoft Office Excel application and editable Adobe Acrobat,
Written Language: Good command of English,
Speaking Language: Able to communicate with our Mandarin speaking clients,
People Skills: Able to present yourself professionally and work with others on problem solving.
