Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is looking for an Assistant Accounting Manager – Income Audit to join our Finance team.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, within the Finance Department, the Assistant Accounting Manager – Income Audit is responsible for managing the hotel Income Audit operations. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Finance.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage hotel Income Audit operations
  • Prepare financial revenue reports
  • Perform revenue internal control audits
  • Conduct revenue financial analysis
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Manage accounting and internal control procedures
  • Ensure understanding of internal controls in the hospitality industry
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, and tax agents regarding statutory audits and tax compliance
  • Assist in cross-functional duties, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Candidate requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent certification
  • ACCA or recognized accounting qualifications preferred
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in accounting within the hospitality industry, with supervisory experience in accounts payable preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS, POS systems, Sun Accounting System, and Hyperion System is an advantage
